All orders are processed promptly and delivered within 7 days from the order date unless otherwise specified.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, inventory levels, or severe weather.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, customers must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Evidence such as photographs may be required.

B. Incorrect Items Shipped

If an incorrect product was sent, we will arrange replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.

C. Customer-Initiated Returns (Unopened/Unused Items Only)
